- At least 10 years working experience with 5 years in marketing / sales related functions
- Worked in a financial institution
- Possess board-based knowledge of the Takaful business and Malaysian practices
- Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to delivering business performance
- Possess strategic and critical thinking capability
- Excellent influential skills β able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills β must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives & salesforce teams and externally with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills β excellent customer relationship management
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong ability in problem solving
