Job Description
The Territory Productivity Champion will lead productivity training programs and campaigns under the agency distribution channel, and participate in the achievement of the company's key metrics of the Project Everest strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business and related disciplines
- At least 10 years of insurance industry experience
- Experience in agency and bancassurance
- Former MDRT and great experience in agency sales management
- Understanding and experience in distribution of various insurance products
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and great interpersonal skills
