Requirements
- Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs
- Flexible to serve on call on a rotational basis
- Task-oriented and punctual, comfortable working through day-to-day tasks
- Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades
- Committed to the community's overall appearance
