Requirements
- Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs
- Flexible to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year
- Task-oriented and punctual, with ability to meet required deadlines for reoccurring community needs
