Job Description
At GAC Enterprises, LLC, we take pride in building with integrity, precision, and professionalism. We are seeking a Field Supervisor – Telecom to oversee daily operations of fiber optic and OSP construction projects.
Requirements
- Supervise and direct daily activities of telecom construction crews
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor progress, provide daily reports on productivity, materials, and work quality
- Enforce compliance with OSHA, DOT, and GAC Enterprises’ safety policies
- Manage and verify material deliveries, equipment usage, and field inventory
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to address delays, resource gaps, and field issues
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper installation of fiber, conduit, and related infrastructure
- Train, mentor, and lead field employees
- Resolve on-site conflicts, support process improvements, and perform other related duties
