Job Description
Gain is a Private Markets Super App that transforms how leading investors, advisors, and corporates source, evaluate, and execute deals. The company is expanding its Intelligence Origination team into the US and is looking for a Senior M&A Reporter to build a proprietary, real-time dataset on US M&A transactions.
Requirements
- Build and maintain a network of sources - including bankers, sponsors, lenders, lawyers, consultants, and other advisors
- Conduct daily off-record, high-trust conversations to surface non-public insights on deal activity
- Identify and monitor live and upcoming M&A transactions
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior reporters
- Collaborate closely with our in-house analysts and research teams to ensure data completeness, consistency and structured format
