Job Description
Galderma is a global leader in the dermatology category, and we are seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategic Programs to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies across regions and business units.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Progressive experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a global or multinational leadership role
- Strong understanding of global talent markets, legal compliance, and emerging talent acquisition technologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment
