The Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Global Capability Model (GCM), Associate Director level, plays a critical role in executing Takeda’s global hiring strategy in support of the Global Capability Model (GCM). Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for GCM, this role is responsible for driving high-quality, scalable hiring delivery across the Global Capability Center (GCC) location, ensuring alignment with global standards, operational excellence, and business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in high-volume and/or complex hiring environments.
- Experience operating within a centralized or global Talent Acquisition model is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting hiring for Global Capability Centers or similar global delivery environments preferred.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, drive execution, and deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
