Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in strategic HR roles, ideally within a global matrixed organization in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven success in leading HR transformations and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong consulting, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
