Client Executive

Role Overview

As the Client Executive, you will lead client accounts and ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients. You will lead branch initiatives, develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within the branch and with clients and vendor partners, and champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables.

What You Will Do

You will independently lead complex self-funded accounts, maintain direct account responsibility, and seek to recognize a client's day-to-day needs and provide solutions while continuing to manage their annual strategy. You will share market expertise with clients and keep them well-informed of compliance-related issues, and cross-solve with clients to communicate resources available within Gallagher.

You will prioritize workflow and ensure accountability in both internal and external partnerships, and align yourself with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards. You will also guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Active Life & Health License
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Previous experience in managing client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
