Senior QA Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior QA Analyst will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure the Defined Benefit system implementation and maintenance activities meet the established standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance. The role involves mentoring and training junior to intermediate team members.

What You Will Do

The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for examining business and functional/system requirements, mentoring and training team members, leading training efforts, and managing internal stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Technology
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit is an asset
• Knowledge of automated testing tool (implement and use) and Project and Test Management Tools
• Facility to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to commit to deadlines and deliver on a timely manner
• Capability to take ownership and be accountable for assigned tasks
• Excel working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented project team environment
• Demonstrate high problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to share concepts and information to teammates and clients
