Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. The Community Director complies with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Requirements

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team
• Hires, onboards and trains team members and manages their performance
• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship
• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
• Meets targeted revenues
• Approves and submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards
