Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner's objectives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team
• Hires, onboards and trains team members
• Manages client/owner relationship
• Provides input into budget development
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collections
• Approves and submits invoices from vendors and contractors
• Gathers and analyzes market and economic trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensures maintenance team compliance with company standards
• Conducts regular property inspections
• Oversees lease enforcement policies
