Job Description
The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing financial returns in accordance with owner’s objectives. The Community Director must be a leader who can attract, advise, and present to current and potential clients the value of choosing Gallery Residential.
Requirements
- Supervises and mentors property on-site team
- Hires, onboards and trains team members
- Assists in managing client/owner relationship
- Provides input into budget development
- Meets targeted revenues
- Approves and submits invoices from vendors
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
- Ensures maintenance team members comply with company standards
- Conducts regular property inspections
- Completes various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports
- Oversees lease enforcement policies
