Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. The Community Director must be a leader who is able to attract, advise, and present to current and potential clients the value of choosing Gallery Residential. The Community Director is also tasked with maintaining and inspiring the company culture.

Requirements

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team
• Hires, onboards and trains team members
• Manages client/owner relationship
• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
• Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests
• Conducts regular property inspections in person
