The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. This position directs and coordinates activities involving motivating and cultivating the on-site team to ensure operations meets or surpasses industry standards.
Requirements
- Supervises and mentors property on-site team
- Hires, onboards and trains team members
- Assists in managing the client/owner relationship
- Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property
- Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring rent and fees are collected
- Approves and submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends
- Promotes resident satisfaction and retention
- Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards
- Conducts regular property inspections
