Job Description
Galloway Company is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to find exceptional talent and shape an outstanding employee experience. The role will blend recruitment and employee relations, partnering closely with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies and strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience with strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
- HR Certification (SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Demonstrated experience work with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements (union contracts)
- Proven ability to partner with company leaders and influence decisions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR policies, and employment law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in high-growth or dynamic environments
- Ability to multitask and have a history of meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated accuracy with reporting and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating/troubleshooting with all levels of the organization with confidence
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
