Job Description
The client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join their personal injury litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing a caseload of 30-40 cases from filing through trial.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships with a client-focused approach
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
