Job Description
The client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with a minimum of 5 years in insurance defense to represent clients in insurance defense cases and provide regular updates and legal advice.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with CLE requirements
