Estimator

The Senior Estimator will manage and plan projects through the design phase, including tracking documents and building a project plan. The senior estimator will work with their team to ensure efficient and continuous improvements in the estimating process.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Estimating experience (5-8 years)
• Thorough understanding of bonds, insurance, burden, etc. and how they affect bids and company risk/profit
• Able to review front end docs and basic understanding of contracts
• Experience with proposal types in various stages
