Job Description
Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee all field operations on complex projects. The role involves leading field teams, ensuring project success, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in field construction supervision
- 5+ years as a superintendent on large civil, infrastructure, or building projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of construction means and methods
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt to changing conditions
- Proficient in construction management software and mobile field tools
