The role involves delivering value to clients, ensuring client retention, and building a strong foundation for growth.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' relevant experience in customer facing/client focused positions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Passionate about service delivery and driven by client success
- Strong business acumen and ability to persuade others
- Ability to quickly identify and assess client needs and objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, including presentation skills, at least conversational level English proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and G-suite
- Willingness to travel 6-8 times per year locally and across APAC (approx. 20-25%)
