Grupo Gastroportal is seeking a Head of Service to lead the service team in a new opening in Hotel Don Carlos, Marbella. The ideal candidate will have experience in organized restoration, premium hospitality, or high-end gastronomy and possess leadership skills, knowledge of service protocol, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in organized restoration, premium hospitality or high-end gastronomy.
• Previous experience as a Head of Service, Second Maître or similar position.
• Medium level of English (B1-B2). Other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of service protocol and team management in luxury environments.
• Ability to lead without imposing, inspire without forcing and maintain calm in demanding situations.
• Natural elegance, charisma and attention to detail.
• Hospitality training and knowledge of APPCC (valuable).
