Maintenance Manager

Join our global team as a Maintenance Manager at Gates, a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. As a maintenance leader, you will be responsible for directing the activities of the Maintenance, Automation, and Facilities teams, and will play a key role in achieving plant and departmental goals.

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent (8-10 years of experience)
• Prefer BA/BS degree in engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervision of maintenance function in a manufacturing environment
• Strong and effective management and supervisory skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
