Maintenance & Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead our plant's maintenance and engineering functions, overseeing equipment reliability, troubleshooting strategy, process optimization, and technical support to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including maintenance, engineering, or operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven success implementing Lean manufacturing systems and reliability programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety and regulatory standards
