We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive maintenance strategies that maximize uptime, improve asset reliability, and support overall operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering or related field preferred)
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle, EAM, MP2) for work order and asset management
- Proven experience leading Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies (PM/PdM)
- Experience leading union and/or non-union teams
- Experience driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar reliability initiatives
- Experience managing capital projects (CAPEX), including equipment installations and upgrades
- Strong leadership capabilities, including planning, organizing, communication, influencing, data-driven decision-making, and team development
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
