Regional Sales Manager

Gates is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, meeting sales and profit expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work remotely and be responsible for the West Region, which includes Colorado and California.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business, engineering, finance, e.g.)
• Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales and cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of Power Transmission or Fluid Power products
• Experience in industrial distribution and existing relationships with key partners
• An ability to understand, develop and utilize analytics
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

• Full-Time
• Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000
