Sales Director - Data Center

Gates is seeking an innovation leader to join their global team and build a data center business. The Director of Commercial - Data Centers will focus on defining a growth strategy, executing the business plan, building customer relationships, and understanding industry dynamics. This role reports to the VP, Sales North America, and requires a strong understanding of the data center segment and related technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
• Minimum 15 years' experience of progressive experience in sales or marketing
• Demonstrated experience leading a sales team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Expertise in the Industrial Supply Chain, cooling technologies, and the Data Center segment
• Ability to travel 40%
