Job Description
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to be a team member of their brigade and ensure exceptional guest expectations. The role involves leading a team, preparing reports, and handling stress in a supportive work environment. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Must have journeyman Cook papers / Red Seal
- Passion for the Culinary arts
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive culinary experience
- Minimum of two (2) years as a Chef de Partie
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
