Job Description
Your tasks will be to lead and execute projects and mandates in the field of strategic communication with a focus on financial market communication, to design the customer relationship and lead project teams. In cooperation with the managing partners, you will contribute with innovative ideas and impulses to the further development of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of the customer's challenges considering the specific industry situation and development of strategies/concepts with communicative action recommendations and measures
- Leadership and execution of (part-) projects in the fields of strategic and operational communication
- Leadership and steering of projects against customers and in the team
- Establishment as an important contact person for the customer and design of the customer relationship
- Activation and expansion of sustainable relevant networks
- Intensive cooperation with media, capital market participants, politics and other relevant stakeholders
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the field of communication consulting, media relations/press work or corporate communication, as well as a deep understanding of strategic communication
- Proven leadership experience in the management of projects, as well as an outstanding team player mentality
- Completed studies in economics or communication science or related courses, preferably with a business-oriented additional qualification, e.g. MBA
- Very stress-resistant, communicatively strong and dynamic
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, ability to evaluate and communicate entrepreneurial challenges ad-hoc
- Strong client and service orientation, sovereign appearance and negotiation skills, particularly on senior management and supervisory board level
- High interest in current economic and political developments
- Excellent German and English skills in word and writing
- Affinity for and security in dealing with digital media and platforms
