Reporting to HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, the HR Officer will deliver excellent employee experience, provide operational and strategic human resources support, and develop programs to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and best practices
- Experience in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
