Job Description
HR Business Partner will deliver excellent employee experience, provide operational and strategic human resources support, and ensure smooth HR processes and policies. The role involves business partnering, employee performance management, employee engagement and retention, policy implementation, and HRIS management.
Requirements
- Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization
- Ability to deal with various types of persons using appropriate conversation and methods
- HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices
- Experience in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in event organization is an advantage
