Job Description
We are looking for an HRBP Specialist to provide HR services delivery in our office in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline and at least 2-3 years of working experience as an HRBP or HR generalist.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as HRBP or HR generalist.
- B2 English level (Able to understand/read documents)
- Good communication skill and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and competing priorities.
