HRBP OFFICER

The HRBP will be responsible for delivering excellent employee experience, providing operational and strategic human resources support, and ensuring smooth HR processes and policies.

Requirements

• Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices
• Experience in data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work night shifts when required
