Requirements
- Good English skills in reading, gathering information from foreign customer's requirements
- At least 1-year experience in customer support, service analysis
- Content-moderation-related skills is preferable
- Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive
- Willingness to handle multi-project
- Good communication skills is an advantage
- Able to work on Holidays is preferable
