Auto Damage Trainee

GEICO is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in our Auto Damage Trainee program. The trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility and 2 weeks in a field training center in NY with mentors to help you learn and grow. You will help our customers when they need us most after an accident and help them get back on the road.

Requirements

• Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
• Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
