Auto Damage Trainee

We're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in our Auto Damage Trainee program. The program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility and 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA) with mentors to help you learn and grow.

Requirements

• Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
• Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Active Insurance Adjusters license (preferred)
