Job Description
Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) at GEICO. A hybrid role with on-site presence as needed in Bethesda, MD. Develop and maintain deep, influential partnerships with senior business leaders. Demonstrate strong business and analytical acumen to derive HR strategies and talent solutions. Lead talent development efforts, including organizational design and development, succession planning, and compensation/reward planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive human resource management experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
- Proven success in delivering value-add talent solutions and outcomes
- Demonstrated track record of using data to provide insights
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching leaders, conflict resolution, change management, organizational design and development
