Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive human resource management experience in matrixed, high-growth organizations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development and succession, compensation, human capital analytics, employee retention, and culture and engagement
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with leaders and employees at various levels
