The Sr. Director, Social Content & Community is responsible for defining the ambition, direction, and standards for one of GEICO’s most powerful drivers of brand relevance, cultural impact and business growth. This leader will design the strategy, operating model and governance for a modern Social organization spanning paid, owned, earned and shared initiatives across in-house, agency, and partnership workstreams.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in social media at a large enterprise brand.
- Proven ability to translate brand and business strategy into culturally relevant, platform-native activations.
- Deep expertise in social platforms, creator economies, and emerging engagement models
- Experience in a highly regulated industry with established compliance workflows
