Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
- Oversee patient financial services, including insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payment plans
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, payer policies, and organizational standards
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and audits
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
- Address patient and family financial inquiries
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
