Senior lawyer to provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors on corporate governance, risk, compliance, and strategic transaction execution.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 15-20+ years of legal experience
• Meaningful blend of large law firm training and in-house leadership
• Strong transactional background in corporate M&A, equity investments, and capital formation
• Experience with energy project development and project finance
• Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise risk functions
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions and build trusted relationships
• A genuine interest in the energy transition and Generate’s mission
