Job Description
The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for supervising HR functions, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They will work with management to establish trusting relationships and coordinate training programs.
Requirements
- Five years of related experience in HR field
- Experience with an HR information system (HRIS) or HR management system (HRMS)
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good presentation skills
- Management experience
