Job Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic Patient Services Officer to join our Adelaide clinics on a casual basis. As the friendly face and welcoming voice of our clinics, you'll provide excellent customer service, support both clients and staff, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous Medical industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to provide ongoing patient care and customer service
- Experience working individually or as part of a team
- Knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare mechanisms
