Requirements
- 8+ years of direct, outside sales experience in enterprise software solutions
- Experience selling cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions in customer experience, cloud contact center, workforce engagement management, and customer journey analytics
- Proven track record of developing strategic relationships and driving innovation in the enterprise account space
- Ability to effectively communicate the company's strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers
- Experience with team selling and leading a diverse set of talented individuals towards a common goal
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate complex technology solutions
- Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology
