As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work with the Sales, R&D, and Professional Services teams to provide exceptional service and strengthen relationships with clients across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent experience
- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make quick decisions
- Ability to collaborate and promote internal communication
- Ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with customers
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in complex situations
- Professional mastery of English, Spanish, and French
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and their key components
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (switches, routers)
- Mastery of network principles, protocols, and storage solutions
- Familiarity with server virtualization and client-server architecture
- Mastery of access control (readers, UTLS, cabling, etc.)
