Genpact is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Contract Management Specialist with hands-on experience using Salesforce to manage contracts. The ideal candidate will support the sales teams by ensuring contracts are drafted, reviewed, tracked, and compliantly within our Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain contract records within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Review and process requests for Master Agreements, Amendments, Termination Letters, Sponsorships, Consulting and License/Subscription agreements, ensuring adequate functional reviews are completed and most favorable terms in place.
• Actively manage contract requests, ensuring prompt transition through all the contracting stages, from initial review to full execution
• Sent consolidated bi-weekly report to client with production tracker.
• Manage and publish the production tracker for team on weekly and monthly basis.
