Requirements
- Handle issues and requests through various ticketing tools within agreed SLAs
- Handle Voice and Non-Voice tickets simultaneously
- Provide support for executive leadership and Board members' IT needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with wireless, network, switch, and printer equipment
- Work with PC/LAN application software, including Office 365 and Internet browsers
- Set up and configure computer systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to MDM, OS, Standard Office Suite, and Browsers
- Provide second-level support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, and multi-function devices
- Support business-specific applications and user provisioning
- Support infrastructure projects, including refresh, upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts
- Contribute to knowledge management and provide hands-on support to other IT teams
