Job Description
IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-line response to end user incidents, collaborating with the distributed team, and sharing critical information for excellent customer service. The role demands advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 services, Power BI, and Windows 10, with a proven sense of ownership and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support in large dynamic environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or technical trade school
- A+ Certification in desktop support
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft O365 cloud services
- Familiarity with Apple MacBooks and MS Teams telephones
- Strong communication and customer service skills
