The Insurance Agent role is responsible for achieving individual sales targets and meeting agency production requirements through outbound phone calls and proactive sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty Producer License
- 2+ years' relevant sales experience
- Previous experience in mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry
- 2+ years' experience in Insurance Sales, preferred
- 2+ years' outbound call center experience in Customer Service
- Encompass experience or similar software preferred
- Active network of investor customers/brokers, a plus
- Knowledge of business structures like LLC, LP, SP, and others
- Knowledge of state-specific insurance requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills
